Ford says paid CEO Mulally $21.7 mln in 2007

DETROIT, April 4 (Reuters) - Ford Motor Co (F.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Fridaysaid it paid Chief Executive Alan Mulally $21.7 million for2007, including an incentive bonus award of $7 million.

Ford, which lost $2.7 billion in 2007, said it had made”significant progress” in its turnaround effort during theyear.

Ford Chief Financial Officer Don LeClair was paid totalcompensation of $11.7 million, including a bonus award of $3million, the No. 2 U.S. automaker said. (Reporting by Kevin Krolicki and David Bailey, editing by MarkPorter)
