Italy court rejects Mediaset appeal to EU ruling

The ruling by the Council of State rejected an appeal byMediaset (MS.MI: Quote, Profile, Research), Italy’s dominant independent broadcaster,owned by the family of Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.
